We have been blessed with glorious weather these past few months, and it's delighted the senses. As the Fall season embraces us, we give thanks to the delightful pitter patter of tiny feet as they have been with us now for a year. We look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come!
Along with the beautiful weather, we delight in the beautiful decorations which await us in the Sanctuary. Many thanks to Marlene Hartley and Helen Wright for their creativity and their time for all to enjoy during Sunday Worship.
We also give thanks to our volunteers for providing refreshments and treats to our congregation after Worship in our Church Hall. Here we have Barbara Erickson and Lionel Dobson organizing refreshments in the kitchen.
It's delightful to receive updates on our Syrian family, to see how they are settling in to the community. Here they are enjoying a Hallowe'en party at a Deep Cove farm. We were thrilled to hear that Reem achieved 92% in Pre Calculus 11 last year. From Barbara Erickson: "Thank you again Central Saanich United folks for the support for her math tutoring. She is now in Grade 12 at the local high scohol."
